There could be several things going here so I will just say it sounds good. Here's the thing and I have been a hiring manager, there are alot of aspects that go into hiring and sometimes the circumstances under which you hire someone vary from situation to situation. Yes, I believe she liked you and would not spend such an in depth time with you if she did not intend on hiring you esp. since she "said" she had alot of other applicants. Good Luck to ya!
